/R E P E A T -- Media Advisory - Government of Canada to make an announcement regarding Rouge National Urban Park/

OTTAWA, June 8, 2016 /CNW/ - Canada's Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, Catherine McKenna, will be available to take questions from media regarding the tabling of amendments to the Rouge National Urban Park Act. Rouge is the first urban national park in Canada, and the only park accessible by public transit to 20% of the Canadian population.

Minister McKenna will be joined by the Members of Parliament from the Rouge National Urban Park area.
