MONTREAL , Dec. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - What areas have the lowest vacancy rates? Where do we find the highest rates? How have average rents varied in different regions across the province?

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) will release the results of its annual Rental Market Survey on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 8:15 a.m.

The survey follows the evolution of vacancy rates and average rents for all urban centres with a population of 10,000 or more. In addition, detailed reports for each of the major census metropolitan areas across Canada will be released.
