MONTREAL, Feb. 16, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Supreme Court of Canada's ruling in the case "S.L. v. Commission scolaire des Chênes (no 33678)" will be rendered this Friday, February 17 at 9:45 a.m.
This is the case in which parents in Drummondville with children in the public school system sought an exemption from the Ethics and Religious Culture program (ERC).
