MONTREAL, March 4 /CNW Telbec/ - Laurentian Bank will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Montreal, Quebec, on Tuesday March 16, 2010. The Annual Meeting will take place in the Ludger-Duvernay theatre of the Monument-National, 1182, Saint-Laurent boulevard, Montreal at 9:30 a.m.

Journalists are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting as observers. However, as in previous years, no television, photo or video recording equipment will be allowed, except for a fifteen-minute period prior to the Annual Meeting for the media representatives wishing to take pictures. Camera operators and photographers will be asked to leave once the Annual Meeting proceedings begin.

Press conference meeting

Media representatives are invited to a press conference meeting that will follow immediately after the Annual Meeting and will be held at around 11:30 a.m. on March 16, 2010 at the Monument-National. The press meeting will be held by Mr. Réjean Robitaille, President and Chief Executive Officer of Laurentian Bank of Canada.
