/R E P E A T -- Media advisory - Invitation: Update on the print media crisis/

OTTAWA, Feb. 12, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - On February 14^th, "for the love of information", the National Federation of Communications (FNC) invites media representatives to a press briefing on the continuing crisis in the print media, which is hurting our newsrooms. The event will take place at the House of Commons at 11:15 am.

For the occasion, the open letter that was published in the pages of dozens of newspapers and signed by more than 6,000 public figures and citizens will be hand-delivered to the government, as a reminder of the urgency to act quickly. The democratic health of the country is at stake, such as thousands of jobs.
