/R E P E A T -- Media advisory - IPC Swimming World Championships - Let the competitions begin!/

MONTREAL, Aug. 9, 2013 /CNW/ - The organizing committee of the IPC Swimming World Championships invites media representatives to the opening ceremony of the competition to be held at the Parc Jean-Drapeau's Aquatic Complex. On this occasion, representatives of the City of Montreal, the Government of Quebec and the International Paralympic Committee will address representatives of the 57 delegations participating in the competitions. These championships will gather in Montreal around 500 athletes from nearly 60 countries.

A press briefing will be provided at 3:45 PM in regard to media access to the site and the functioning procedures of the press room.
