MONTREAL, June 27, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - This Sunday, kids with life-threatening allergies will be getting lessons in 'the beautiful game' when they attend a soccer clinic hosted by the Montreal Impact and Allerject™.
More than 75 youngsters will be taking to the field to help raise awareness of severe allergies.
The event marks the official kickoff of a new partnership. The Montreal Impact and Allerject™, the 'talking' epinephrine auto-injector available from Sanofi Canada, are teaming up to increase public understanding of anaphylaxis.

"With the prevalence of food allergies, especially among kids today, it's important that we all know how to assist someone experiencing a severe allergic reaction," explains Daniel Lapointe, General Director of l'Association québécoise des allergies alimentaires (AQAA), who will be participating in the event.
Also present, and available for interviews, will be Richard Legendre, Executive Vice President of the Montreal Impact, and Marie-Josée Larochelle of Sanofi Canada.
