MONTREAL and QUEBEC CITY, Oct. 31, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - On International Drug Users' Day on November 1st, activists of the ADDICQ will launch a document that presents their vision of Supervised Injection Services (SIS). The launch will be held simultaneously in both Montreal and Quebec City, namely the two cities in the province of Quebec where the opening of a SIS is imminent.
