QUEBEC CITY, July 13, 2016 /CNW/ - Canada's Minister of Natural Resources, the Honourable Jim Carr, will make an infrastructure announcement during a visit to the Laurentian Forestry Centre in Quebec City on July 14, 2016.

This announcement is part of the Minister's larger tour of Quebec from July 11 to 14, 2016.
