Minister McKenna will be joined by the Premier of Ontario, Kathleen Wynne, to announce a joint initiative that focuses on housing, retrofits and building practices to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

In partnership with the University of Winnipeg, Minister McKenna will attend the Prairie Climate Centre launch for the "The Climate Atlas of Canada" platform. The Minister will also announce Environment and Climate Change Canada's progress in developing the Canadian Centre for Climate Services as the federal source of reliable climate information, data, and tools, to help advance climate resilience across Canada.
