TORONTO, Dec. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - Eve Adams, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Health and Member of Parliament for Mississauga-Brampton South, will make an announcement regarding support for innovative research on chronic diseases. She will be joined by scientists and a patient family from The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), as well as senior representatives from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, The Arthritis Society, and Crohn's and Colitis Canada.
Before the announcement, Parliamentary Secretary Adams will participate in a photo opportunity in a research lab.
