VANCOUVER, March 15, 2018 /CNW/ - MP Pamela Goldsmith-Jones, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of International Trade, on behalf of the Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development and Minister Responsible for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), along with the Honourable Selina Robinson, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, the Honourable Melanie Mark, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Training, Gregor Robertson, Mayor of the City of Vancouver and representatives from Atira Women's Resource Society, Streetohome Foundation and Cressey Development will officially open the Olivia Skye building, a 198 studio and one-bedroom development that includes a mix of market-rate and affordable rental housing, with an emphasis on women from the Downtown Eastside.
