/R E P E A T -- Media Advisory - Ontario Nurses' Association CEO in Thunder Bay Tuesday to Support North West CCAC Health Professionals/
THUNDER BAY, ON, Feb. 3, 2015 /CNW/ - Ontario Nurses' Association (ONA) Chief Executive Officer Marie Kelly is in Thunder Bay today to support ONA members from the striking North West CCAC on the picket lines.
Kelly will join ONA members at the North West CCAC office from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre on Oliver Road. She will then join members at the CCAC office at the St Joseph's Care Group, 35 North Algoma Street, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. She is available for media interviews while in Thunder Bay.
ONA is the union representing 60,000 nurse practitioners, registered nurses and allied health professionals, as well as more than 14,000 nursing student affiliates providing care in hospitals, long-term care facilities, public health, the community, clinics and industry.
