On November 18, TD Bank Group and the Canadian Children's Book Centre will recognize the best in Canadian children's literature at an awards gala in Toronto. One of five finalists will take home the coveted TD Canadian Children's Literature Award for the most distinguished English-language children's book of the year, along with the $30,000 prize. The remaining four finalists will share in a $10,000 prize. One lucky young Canadian will also present the $5,000 CBC Fan Choice Award, as voted on by Canadians ages 5 to 13. |
