BROSSARD, QC, Sept. 7, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Mr. Serge Goulet, President of Devimco Immobilier, invites media representatives to the unveiling of Devimco's TOD Quartier development project on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 11:00am. The event will take place at the construction site located at the intersection of highways 30 and 10 in Brossard.

Devimco will take the opportunity on September 12^th to present the highlights of this mixed-use real estate development, and unveil the identity of its project that will become the future city-centre of Montreal's South Shore.

A number of important civil society representatives will be present, including Mr. Gaétan Barrette, Minister of Health and Social Services and Member of the National Assembly for Lapinière, Mrs. Alexandra Mendès, Member of Parliament for the federal riding of Brossard – Saint-Lambert, as well as the Mayor of Brossard, Mr. Paul Leduc.

Valued at nearly one billion dollars, this substantial mixed-use real estate project will include residential, commercial/recreational tourism and institutional space. The project will also accommodate a station of the new high-speed light-rail network, the Réseau électrique métropolitain (REM), as well as two hotels and a convention centre. No less than 2,500 residential units will be built, in addition to more than 500,000 ft² of office space, and 500,000 ft² of commercial space.
