The ISU Short Track World Cup will take place November 6-8 at MasterCard Centre
TORONTO, Oct. 29, 2015 /CNW/ - Members of the Canadian national short track speed skating team are inviting media representatives to come and meet them at a press conference Tuesday, November 3, at 2 pm at the Dockside 9 room of the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel (1, Harbour Square) in Toronto, a few days prior to the second ISU Short Track World Cup stage of the season, which will be the first-ever international speed skating competition to be held in Toronto, and will take place at MasterCard Centre, November 6-8.
Skaters on the Canadian team, including Olympic medalists Charles Hamelin, Marianne St-Gelais, Valérie Maltais, François Hamelin and Charle Cournoyer, will be there, as well as Speed Skating Canada's head coaches for the men's and women's short track national teams, Frédéric Blackburn and Derrick Campbell, in addition to the honorary president for this event, silver Olympic medalist Amanda Overland, from Cambridge, Ontario.

About the 2015 ISU Short Track Speed Skating World Cup in Toronto
The 2015 ISU Short Track Speed Skating World Cup in Toronto, set to take place from November 6 to 8 at MasterCard Centre, will feature the best short track speed skaters in the world as part of the second stage of the 2015-2016 season. There will be six World Cups stages overall around the world.
