Beyond the numbers which speak for themselves, how does the dynamic relationship express itself between the university and its city? Robert Proulx, Rector of Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), shares his vision of the unique and essential role played by the academic institution in the economic, social and cultural development of the city.
