QUÉBEC, Sept. 21 /CNW Telbec/ - The Solidarity Fund QFL and the Fédération Québécoise des Municipalités invite the media to a press conference during which a major investment will be announced to further the development of the regions of Québec. On hand will be:

      General Secretary of the QFL responsible for regional matters at the
      QFL
