Women's College Hospital's innovative campaign to get people talking and giving
TORONTO, Oct. 29, 2012 /CNW/ - Following a century of groundbreaking research discoveries and providing innovative care and education, Women's College Hospital is taking revolutionary steps to get people talking about the future of women's health.
On October 30, Women's College Hospital Foundation will host the second annual Women for Women's luncheon to raise awareness about the importance of women's health and build a global dialogue. Amanda Lang will moderate a thought-provoking discussion amongst a guest panel of business, investment and medical opinion leaders, including Arlene Dickinson of CBC's Dragons' Den, Ed Clark, Group President and CEO of TD Bank and Dr. Gillian Hawker, Physician in Chief, Dept. of Medicine, Women's College Hospital.
As part of the luncheon, Women's College Hospital Foundation will also reveal a unique awareness and fundraising campaign featuring a high-profile comedienne and a local radio and television personality.
