Windsor, ON, Nov. 9, 2014 /CNW/ - On behalf of the Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Transport, Mr. Jeff Watson, Member of Parliament for Essex and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Transport, will give brief remarks, accompanied by his Worship Eddie Francis, Mayor of Windsor, regarding the Detroit River International Crossing (DRIC) / New International Trade Crossing (NITC) between Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan.
