Gain insight on the future of the Canadian web at national meeting of the .CA Registry

CALGARY, Sept. 15, 2014 /CNW/ - Canada's Internet community will meet in Calgary on September 17, 2014. The annual general meeting of the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA), the member-driven organization that operates the .CA domain, is an opportunity for Calgarians to have their say on the management and development of the Canadian Internet. This event will cover online security, global Internet governance and lagging adoption of e-commerce by Canadian small business. This event is fully open to members of the media and interviews with keynote speakers and experts can be arranged.

• Entrepreneur and TV personality W. Brett Wilson, best known for his role on CBC's Dragons' Den, is available to discuss marketing, philanthropy and how companies can make a positive impact online.
