Fourteen leaders from business and finance to arts and culture agree to champion important Montreal project

MONTREAL, Dec. 7, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Heather Munroe-Blum, Principal and Vice-Chancellor of McGill University, and Yves Beauchamp, Director General of the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), invite representatives of the media to a press conference where the ambassadors of the Quartier de l'innovation (QI) will be introduced.

These personalities - of various backgrounds - have agreed to support the Quartier de l'innovation, a key project for the future of Montreal, at a moment when the city greatly needs it.

The objective of the Quartier de l'innovation is to increase collaboration and interaction between institutions, businesses and organizations and to create an urban ecosystem completely dedicated to innovation, which will be located south of Montreal's downtown area.
