TORONTO, Sept. 12, 2014 /CNW/ - The Honourable David Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario and the SenseAbility Board of Directors will launch a new organization created to help more Canadian companies access the benefits of hiring people with disabilities on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 7:45 a.m. at Sony Centre for the Performing Arts Lobby.
Canadian Business SenseAbility provides practical learning from private sector leaders to help other businesses make the case for hiring people with disabilities. The focus is on the proven bottom line benefits: higher employee retention, lower absenteeism, a safer workplace and lower overall costs.
In addition to The Honourable David Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario and Honorary Patron of SenseAbility, the organization's Board of Directors will be on hand:
