LAVAL, QC, Oct. 20,  2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Marc Demers, Mayor of Laval, Michel Grennan, president of Cosoltec, and Normand Bélanger, president of Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, invite  the media to a press conference announcing the launch of a major industrial condo project in Laval.

The industrial park will be built on a 1.5 million-sq.-ft. lot and house about 10 buildings. A well-established Laval company, Cosoltec will handle the project's promotion and development.
