MONTRÉAL, Feb. 14, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Aéroports de Montréal and Air Canada invite representatives of the media to Montréal–Trudeau airport for a media availability and a photo opportunity for Air Canada's inaugural flight from Montréal to Shanghai, Air Canada's first non-stop route linking its Montréal hub with Asia.

Media who wish to photograph or film the aircraft on the apron must register their photographer or camera operator no later than February 15 at 4 p.m., providing the photographer / camera operator's name, date of birth and a copy of proof of identity (driver's licence, health insurance card or passport). Entry to the airport's restricted area will not be possible without this registration. Those registered will be asked to show their proof of identity when checking in. For security reasons, photographers and camera operators will travel in a group. All participants will be subject to a search before entering the restricted area, and must not carry any items normally prohibited in airports.
A representative of Air Canada will also accompany the media representatives to answer any questions regarding this flight.
