/R E P E A T -- Media Invitation - Invitation to Laurentian Bank's 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders/

MONTREAL, March 12, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Laurentian Bank will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will take place at the Montréal Science Centre, located at 2 de la Commune Street West in Montréal.

Journalists are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting as observers. However, no video or photo equipment will be allowed, except for a 15-minute period prior to the start of the event for media representatives wishing to take pictures. Camera operators and photographers will be asked to leave once the Annual Meeting proceedings begin.

Once again this year, this will be an eco-responsible meeting in the sense that the Bank is making a concerted effort to reduce the negative impacts of the event on the environment. Among the various actions to be taken in all aspects of organizing this event is the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions generated in association with people travelling to and from the meeting. These emissions will then be compensated for with the planting of trees or with the purchase of carbon credits.

Media representatives are invited to attend a press conference to be held at around 11:30 a.m. on March 19, 2013 and presided over by Mr. Réjean Robitaille, President and Chief Executive Officer of Laurentian Bank.
