MONTRÉAL, Sept. 29, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - In the presence of Mayor of Montréal and President of the Montréal Metropolitan Community, Denis Coderre, Montréal International and its founding partners of Contact MTL are pleased to welcome media representatives to the official launch of Contact MTL, a network of people committed to promoting Greater Montréal in the world. The event will be held on September 30^th at 5:30pm at the Montréal Science Centre.

The official launch of Contact MTL, which will celebrate the pride, creativity and expertise of the metropolis, will gather nearly a thousand people, including many leading figures in the metropolitan scene from the business world, academics, sciences and research, international, municipal and diplomatic affairs, the cultural scene and sports.

Several partners joined forces with Montréal International to create Contact MTL: Aéroports de Montréal, Agglomération de Longueuil, Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montréal, City of Montréal, Conseil des relations internationales de Montréal, Développement économique de Laval, École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), HEC Montréal, Palais des congrès de Montréal, Polytechnique Montréal, Regroupement des collèges du Montréal métropolitain, Réseau des délégations du Québec, Tables des préfets et élus de la couronne Sud, Tourisme Montréal, Concordia University, Université de Montréal, Université du Québec à Montréal, McGill University, City of Montréal.
