MONTREAL, Oct. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - Michel Leblanc, President and CEO of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal and Info entrepreneurs, invites members of the press to the launch of activities for Small Business Week on Monday, October 18, at 10 a.m., at Le Westin Montréal. The program for Small Business Week in Montréal will be announced along with the Board of Trade members' confidence index. Patrice Bernard, Business Development Bank of Canada's Senior Vice President, Operations, Quebec, will present the results of a survey intended to provide a better understanding of the experience and intentions of entrepreneurs in investment, innovation and growth.
The Montréal portion of Small Business Week, taking place October 18 to 22 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, will focus on questions of access to financing. It will offer a wide range of activities to allow small businesses to meet finance professionals and successful entrepreneurs. This initiative is intended to promote entrepreneurship in Quebec and celebrate local entrepreneurs.
