QUÉBEC, Sept. 7, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Minister responsible for the Plan Nord and Minister responsible for the Côte-Nord region, Mr. Pierre Arcand, invites media representatives to a news conference during which he will present an update on the proceedings of the Northern Development Ministers' Forum held in Montréal on September 7 and 8, 2017.
