MONTREAL, Aug. 6, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The Organizing Committee of Montréal Pride invites you to a press conference on Monday, August 11, at the hôtel Gouverneur Place Dupuis. Mr. Éric Pineault, President of Montréal Pride will be joined by the Grand marshals, Mr. Peter Tatchell, LGBT rights and human rights campaigner from United Kingdom, Mr. Boban Stojanović, Serbian LGBT rights activist and organizer of Belgrade Pride, Dr. Réjean Thomas, clinical physician at l'Actuel clinic, Ms. Françoise Susset, clinical psychologist, as well as a couples and family therapist.  And Ms. Patricia Jean,  Executive Director of Arc-en-ciel d'Afrique. Mr. Jasmin Roy, Montréal Pride's spokesperson, will also be present.

In addition, M. Drew Wawin, District Vice President, South Shore, TD Canada Trust, will be present to outline TD Bank Group's involvement in the festivities for a fourth consecutive year as the Official Presenter of the event.

The speakers will also present various aspects of the event program. The following artists will also be present: Joe Bocan, Kim Richardson, Rick Hughes, Mado, Stéphane Moraille, Gardy Fury, Stéphanie Bédard, Julie Massicotte, Sandy Duperval, Wiz Kilo, Dr Draw, François Dagenais, Gabryelle Frappier, Paul Mathieu, Jean Sébastien Lavoie, Lawrence Castera, Lynda Thalie, King Melrose, Marie-Christine Despestre, Jessy Gauthier, Jihane Guenouni and Michel Dorion.
