Cymbidium
Composed by Kota Nakamura
For this open-air concert, the sounds of boats, locomotives, and other urban instruments, including the bells of Notre-Dame Basilica, will join forces for a most unusual, original work. This year's Port Symphonies are putting Japan in the spotlight with the presence of Kota Nakamura—a Japanese composer now living in Montréal—who will present an original composition titled Cymbidium.
