/R E P E A T -- Media Invitation - Tabling of the Annual Report of the Auditor General of the Ville de Montréal/

MONTREAL, May 11, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - The Auditor General of the Ville de Montréal, Mr. Jacques Bergeron, is inviting media representatives to a press conference for the tabling of his seventh and final Annual Report, this one for the year 2015.

The event will take place on May 17, 2016, at 2 p.m., in Room 202 of the Lucien-Saulnier building, located at 155 Notre-Dame Street East.

Schedule:
1 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.:	Two representatives from the Office of the Auditor General will be on-site to answer technical questions from journalists.
2 p.m.:	Presentation by the Auditor General and question period.

Please note that the Auditor General's 2015 Annual Report and the year's highlights will only be available on the organization's website. Paper copies will not be distributed before or during the press conference.

Under resolution CM11 0184, adopted by the City Council on March 22, 2011, altering the procedure for tabling the Auditor General's Annual Report, the Auditor General himself is not authorized to address the media until the conclusion of the plenary session that will be held by the Council on Tuesday, May 17, scheduled for 10:30 a.m. until noon.
