MONTREAL, Feb. 27, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Tenants march and chant slogans in slow-motion to express their discouragement at the ever-lengthening waiting times at the Rental Board. They will then evict the Rental Board for frequent delays causing serious prejudice (this is one of the motives for which the Rental Board can evict tenants).
