Organizational governance in Quebec: forthcoming challenges

MONTREAL, April 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Media representatives are invited to attend the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal's Allstream Morning trends business breakfast on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at 7:30 am. Michel Nadeau, Executive Director of the Institut sur la gouvernance d'organisations privées et publiques, will be our guest speaker.

Mr. Nadeau will speak about the modernization underway in the public sector in the governance of government corporations, educational institutions and, soon, health care. He will also discuss the responsibilities of directors and the need to account after recent abuses and financial scandals.

The speech will be delivered in French only.
