MONTREAL, March 31, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - On April 7^th, the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation will announce another major investment in breast cancer research.

As part of its Strategic Grant for Breast Cancer Research Program, the Foundation will announce the projects and researchers who will benefit from its most recent competition. 

We are on the verge of making great discoveries in breast cancer research. You are invited to come and meet the people who have expertise in the field of breast cancer in Quebec, and learn more about their research projects and what we can expect in the future.

Breast cancer is the type of cancer that affects the greatest number of women in Quebec.

1 out of 9 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. 1 out of 30 women will die from it.

A future without breast cancer starts with making investments in research.
