/R E P E A T -- Mercier Bridge: Closure of One of Two Lanes Daily -
Inspection of the bridge from September 21 to 25/

LONGUEUIL, QC, Sept. 19 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated wishes to inform the public of the closure of one of two lanes heading to Montreal on September 21 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. , as well as one of two lanes heading to the South Shore from September 22 to 25 from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.

These daily closures will enable the inspection of the bridge's structural elements in the context of the preparation of the second contract. Please note that this second contract will allow for the rehabilitation of the deck of the Mercier Bridge starting in 2010.
