Institute of Peace, the American launch will consist of a presentation of the report's findings, followed by a panel discussion on the report's policy proposals and the challenges of mobilizing the domestic will in the U.S. to prevent mass atrocities. The panel will include LGen Roméo Dallaire (ret), Co-Director of the W2I Project,
Michael Gerson
, a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Global Engagement, and Andrew Natsios, a Distinguished Professor at Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service.
James Traub
