Montréal, Aug. 18, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - After many months of hard work, the Montréal Symphonique concert will finally be presented to the public! Designed with the public in mind and in the spirit of offering an evening of unforgettable memories, the 375th Anniversary of Montréal Celebrations official programming and GSI Musique even will be happening in a few hours at the foot of the Mount Royal.

In addition to the event's headliners – the three orchestras (the Orchestre Métropolitain, the McGill Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal), here are the artists who will appear onstage throughout the night, under the direction of conductor Simon Leclerc :

What you need to know to enjoy the evening!
The concert is free to attend, will last two hours without interruption and will start at 9pm.
Park Avenue will be completely closed to automobile traffic starting at noon and the best way to get to the site is by public transport. Free STM shuttles will be available at Place-des-Arts and Sherbrooke metro stations from 5pm. Food trucks will be present and the concert will be taking place rain or shine.
Live streaming of the concert will be happening in 18 boroughs of the city of Montréal, on the Indigo channel, on ICIMusique.ca and on the ICI Musique radio station.
