OTTAWA, Aug. 27, 2013 /CNW/ - The Honourable Bernard Valcourt, Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development and Member of Parliament for Madawaska—Restigouche, on behalf of the Honourable Candice Bergen, Minister of State (Social Development), will announce Government of Canada measures to assist with youth employment in high-demand fields.
