TERREBONNE, QC, June 8 /CNW Telbec/ - Members of the media are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of ADF Group Inc. ("ADF" or "the Corporation") (DRX/TSX), to be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.

Senior management will take the opportunity to review the financial highlights and performance of the fiscal year ended January 31, 2010 and to present the Corporation's latest developments, including its financial results for the first quarter ended April 30, 2010. Mr. Jean Paschini, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of ADF, will also outline the Corporation's objectives for fiscal 2011 as well as its outlook over the longer term.
