ST. CATHARINES, ON, Oct. 3, 2017 /CNW/ - OPSEU President Warren (Smokey) Thomas will hold a press conference in St. Catharines on Wednesday to announce next steps in the wake of the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority's layoff of half its watershed management staff.
