TORONTO, June 19, 2015 /CNW/ - The TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games Organizing Committee (TO2015) and two-time Olympic gold medalist and TORONTO 2015 Games ambassador Donovan  Bailey will surprise a Toronto family on their doorstep and hand deliver their tickets to this summer's Pan Am Games.

The East York family, who were early ticket buyers, snapped up tickets to the Pan Am Opening Ceremony, gymnastics and track and field.
