/R E P E A T -- Save Money This Holiday Season with Home Hardware's Full
Selection of Energy Efficient LED Lights/
ST. JACOBS, ON, Nov. 30 /CNW/ - This year more than ever, homeowners are looking for ways to save electricity - especially when it comes to holiday decorating. Home Hardware Dealers across Canada offer a full selection of energy efficient LED lights that will bring that much needed sparkle to your holiday décor, while saving money and the environment.
"LED lighting has come a long way since it was first introduced," said Rob Wallace, Public Relations Manager, Home Hardware Stores Limited. "Today's LED lights are much brighter and are available in a variety of colours and patterns."
Among the latest holiday lighting trends are the introduction of two types of white light. Home Hardware's "pure white" LEDs provide a sharp bright white light, while "warm white" LEDs give decorators a more traditional yellow-ish glow. Home Hardware carries a wide range of interior and exterior LED lights in a variety of colours.
"This year, our Dealers have seen many homeowners stepping outside the norm with their holiday décor," continued Wallace. "For example, some are taking the opportunity to decorate in the colours of their favourite charity to help raise awareness. For others, it's about updating their traditional Christmas colours for a fresh look. Either way, Home Hardware Dealers can help them choose the right products for their decorating projects."
Home Hardware's LED lights are not affected by the recalls other Canadian retailers are experiencing this season. A full product selection is available at more than 1,070 stores across Canada.
Home Hardware's LED lights use 90% less electricity than old-fashioned incandescent holiday lights. This means they are also cool to the touch, making them easy to handle and eliminating any fire hazard from dry needles. Not only are they safer, but they are also friendlier to consumers' pocketbooks and the environment.
