MONTRÉAL, April 15, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The Casino de Montréal is THE best place to watch the Habs during the series, both home and away games, which they will be playing as of tonight.
A red-white-and-blue Casino
The Casino is proud to show its colours, outside and in. All around and even above the Casino, the firm Moment Factory has designed an imposing projection system that will illuminate the sky at dusk on game nights with the iconic red-white-and-blue of the Montréal Canadiens. These spotlights will be visible around the Casino and from both sides of the St. Lawrence River. A light show will take place each time our team scores! What's more, a sky-high V for victory will be projected when the Habs win a game!
The Casino's remedy for hockey fever: an unparalleled and multi-faceted entertainment experience for the fans, all in the company of Canadiens legends like Yvon Lambert. Just what the doctor ordered!
A box-seat atmosphere in the Casino's bars
The feverish atmosphere will be at its hottest in the bars, transformed to create a box-seat feel: games broadcast on all TV screens as well as on the 48-screen multimedia wall, the big screen to beat all big screens, a live rendition of the national anthem, horn signals, and cushioned seats like in Centre Bell luxury suites. For fans who want to have their Canadiens jerseys signed by Yvon Lambert, but even more to watch the stellar performance of our beloved hockey club in the company of former Habs players and to celebrate the sweet taste of victory with a live band, the Casino de Montréal is the place to be!
And that's not all! During away games, Canadiens mascot Youppi will be on site at the Casino to mingle with the fans, pose for photos and hand out promotional items.
A fantastic hockey package up for grabs
The games broadcast at the Casino are also the perfect opportunity for fans to challenge former Habs players in a skill competition.
Contestants will have the chance to see how they measure up against the Pro of the Day in a skill competition created just for the occasion: Richard Sévigny on Wednesday, April 15, Pierre Dagenais on Friday, April 17, and Gilbert Delorme on Sunday, April 19 (others to be announced). Each contestant will compete for the chance to win a fantastic hockey package including tickets behind the Canadiens bench for four fans during the next season, four jerseys autographed by the player of the winner's choice, four meals at the private restaurant La Mise au Jeu, a pass for the Jacques Beauchamp media room, a tour of the press gallery, and access to areas near the dressing room after the game as well as to the press conference with Head Coach Michel Therrien.
