MONTREAL, Feb. 13, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Once again the United Irish Societies parade flag will fly in the courtyard of Place Ville Marie signaling to Montrealer's St Patrick's Day is approaching. A parade will follow through the underground shopping and dining areas of PVM led by a pipes & drums band with all parade dignitaries to announce the Irish are coming!
