MONTREAL, Feb. 22, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Once again the Montreal Irish Community flag will fly in the courtyard of Place Ville Marie. A parade will follow through the PVM underground led by a pipes & drums band with all the parade dignitaries to announce the Irish are coming.
