Radiant Communications Corp. Announces Resignation from the Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, April 26, 2013 /CNW/ - Radiant Communications Corp. ("Radiant") (TSX-V:RCN), a leading provider of managed network and cloud hosting solutions for medium-size enterprises, today announced that Don Calder has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

Mr. Calder has been a Director of Radiant since February of 2005 and Chairman of the Board since August of 2007.
