VANCOUVER, May 24, 2012 /CNW/ - Radius Gold Inc. (TSX-V: RDU) announces that its Board of Directors has determined that it is in the best interests of the Company to extend the expiry date of certain private placement warrants previously issued by the Company. Accordingly, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the expiry date of 6,285,001 outstanding warrants exercisable at $0.37 per share has been extended by one year to June 16, 2013, and 3,050,000 outstanding warrants exercisable at $0.55 per share has been extended by one year to July 3, 2013.
