Raimount announces resignation of director

CALGARY, Nov. 29, 2013 /CNW/ - Raimount Energy Inc. ("Raimount" or the "Company") announced today that Christopher Wigg tendered his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 to focus on other interest. "We are grateful for Mr. Wigg's assistance over the past years and wish him success in his future endeavours", said Gregory A. Vavra, President of Raimount.

Raimount plans to fill the position left vacant by Mr. Wigg's resignation at the next Annual Shareholders Meeting in 2014.
