Raimount Energy Inc. Reserves Disclosure

CALGARY, June 8, 2016 /CNW/ - On February 29, 2016, Raimount Energy Inc. ("Raimount") filed the following documents on SEDAR under project no. 2449238:

1.         Form 51-101F1           -Statement of Reserves Data; and
2.         Form 51-101F3           -Report of Management and Directors.

Due to an oversight, Raimount's filing did not contain Form 51-101F2 and contained Form 51-101F3 without the required Company Officers signatures.

On June 8, 2016, Raimount has taken steps to address the aforementioned deficiencies with an amended SEDAR Filing under project no. 2496252, which includes the following:

1.         Form 51-101F1           -Statement of Reserves Data;
2.         Form 51-101F2           -Report on Reserves Data by Qualified Reserves Engineer; and
3.         Form 51-101F3           -Report of Management and Directors, duly executed.

The amended filing contains no material change to the NI 51-101F1 portion of the disclosure.
